Marketing Isn't Magic—But Strategy Gets Close

Real businesses need marketing approaches that actually work. We focus on strategies you can apply—not theory that sounds impressive but goes nowhere.

How We Actually Teach This Stuff

Four principles that make our approach different from typical business courses.

Real Campaign Breakdown

We dissect actual marketing campaigns—successes and failures. You'll see what worked, what flopped, and why most "viral" strategies can't be replicated.

Budget Reality Check

Most courses assume unlimited budgets. We show you how to make progress with what you actually have—whether that's $500 or $5,000 monthly.

Measurement That Matters

Vanity metrics look good in presentations but mean nothing for your bottom line. We focus on tracking what genuinely affects business outcomes.

Platform Agnostic Thinking

Social platforms change constantly. We teach strategic thinking that transfers across channels rather than tactics that expire in six months.

Built for Business Owners, Not Marketing Majors

You're running a business. Marketing is one piece—an important piece, sure—but you don't have time for academic theory.

Our programs are designed for people who need practical skills they can implement next week. Not in six months after completing twelve prerequisite modules.

We skip the fluff. You'll learn customer psychology, positioning strategy, and channel selection. Then you'll apply it to your actual business during the program.

"Most participants implement at least two new strategies before completing the program. That's not because we rush—it's because we focus on actionable methods from day one."

What You'll Actually Learn

These aren't course modules—they're capabilities you'll develop over the program duration.

Strategic Positioning and Market Analysis

+

Before you spend a dollar on marketing, you need to understand where you fit in your market. We'll work through competitive analysis that reveals actual opportunities—not just surface-level competitor lists.

You'll learn how to identify underserved segments, articulate your differentiation clearly, and position your offering so it resonates with specific customer groups.

  • Market mapping techniques that reveal positioning gaps
  • Customer interview frameworks that uncover real motivations
  • Competitive analysis that goes beyond feature comparison
  • Positioning statement development for different audience segments

Channel Strategy and Budget Allocation

+

Every business has limited resources. The question isn't "should we do content marketing or paid ads?"—it's "which combination creates the best return for our specific situation?"

We'll build a channel strategy based on your business model, customer behaviour, and realistic budget constraints. No cookie-cutter approaches.

  • Channel selection frameworks based on customer journey stages
  • Budget allocation models for different business types
  • Testing protocols that minimize waste while gathering data
  • Integration strategies that make channels work together

Content Development and Distribution

+

Content marketing isn't about posting three times per week on LinkedIn. It's about creating assets that genuinely help your audience while advancing your business goals.

You'll develop content frameworks that are sustainable for small teams and learn distribution tactics that extend beyond "post and pray."

  • Content formats that match different customer awareness levels
  • Production systems for consistent output without burning out
  • Distribution strategies beyond owned channels
  • Repurposing frameworks that multiply content value

Measurement Systems and Decision Making

+

Marketing without measurement is just guessing with a budget. But measurement systems don't need to be complex—they need to inform decisions.

We'll set up tracking that shows what's working, what's not, and what deserves more investment. Simple dashboards that actually get used.

  • Key metric identification for different business models
  • Attribution approaches that work for small marketing teams
  • Dashboard design that surfaces actionable insights
  • Decision frameworks based on performance data

Not Sure If This Fits Your Business?

Our programs work best for established businesses with existing customers who want to improve their marketing effectiveness. If you're pre-revenue or just starting out, you might benefit from our foundational resources first.

We're also honest about who we can help. Service businesses, retail operations, and B2B companies see the most direct application. Some industries require specialized knowledge we don't have.

Common Questions About Our Approach

Do I need marketing experience to participate?

+

No formal marketing background required. Most participants are business owners or managers who've tried various marketing tactics but want more strategic thinking behind their efforts.

You should have some marketing experience—even if it's just running Facebook ads or creating content. Complete beginners might find the pace challenging.

What's included in the program fee?

+

All instructional content, frameworks, templates, and group sessions. You'll also get access to our participant community and recorded sessions for review.

The fee doesn't include any advertising spend or tool subscriptions you might need for implementation. We'll recommend free alternatives where possible.

Can I get individual feedback on my business?

+

Group sessions include Q&A where we address specific situations. You'll also participate in peer review exercises where other participants provide feedback on your work.

For one-on-one consulting, we offer limited advisory sessions to program graduates. That's separate from the core program.
