Technical Requirements for Our Learning Platform
Getting the most from our business marketing courses means having the right setup. It's not complicated, but worth checking before you start. We've built our platform to work smoothly on most devices—if you can browse the web comfortably, you're probably already good to go.
Device Requirements
Any modern computer or tablet works well. We've tested on everything from older laptops to new tablets.
- Desktop or laptop (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Tablet with 10-inch screen or larger
- Minimum 4GB RAM recommended
- Screen resolution 1280x720 or higher
Browser & Internet
Most recent browsers handle our content without issues. Internet speed matters more than you'd think.
- Chrome 100+, Firefox 95+, Safari 15+, Edge 100+
- Stable connection: 5 Mbps or faster
- JavaScript and cookies enabled
- Pop-up blocker configured for our arionexvia
Audio & Video
Our video lessons and webinars need basic multimedia support. Headphones help during interactive sessions.
- Speakers or headphones for audio content
- Microphone for live Q&A sessions
- Webcam optional but helpful for workshops
- HTML5 video support in browser
What If Something Doesn't Work?
Look, tech problems happen. Sometimes it's a browser extension causing trouble, or maybe your internet's having a rough day. We get it.
Our programmes starting September 2025 onwards include dedicated technical onboarding sessions. Before the first lesson, we run through your setup together. Found issues with older devices during our 2024 trials, so now we test everything upfront.
If you're wondering whether your current setup will work, just reach out. We'd rather sort it now than have you struggle later. And honestly, if you've been using your device for regular work or study, it'll probably handle our platform just fine.
Software You'll Need
Beyond browser basics, you'll want a few standard tools. Nothing expensive or complicated—most of it you probably already have.
PDF Reader
Course materials and worksheets come as PDFs. Adobe Reader works, but so does your browser's built-in viewer. We format everything to be printer-friendly too, since some people prefer working on paper.
Productivity Suite
Microsoft Office or Google Workspace—whichever you're comfortable with. Templates and exercises use common formats. Spreadsheets especially, since we analyse marketing data regularly in most courses.
Note-Taking App
Not mandatory, but helpful. Notion, Evernote, or even Apple Notes. Whatever keeps your thoughts organised. Some students swear by digital notes, others still use notebooks. Both approaches work.
Video Conferencing
For live workshops and group discussions, we use Zoom. Free version handles everything fine. Test your audio beforehand—background noise can be distracting for everyone during sessions.
Meet Your Technical Support Team
These two handle platform issues and setup questions. They've seen every possible tech problem—trust me on that.
Petra Svensson
Learning Platform Coordinator
Petra manages our platform infrastructure and helps students troubleshoot technical issues. She joined us in early 2024 after years supporting educational technology in Stockholm. Patient with tech questions—she's heard them all.
Niamh O'Sullivan
Student Technology Advisor
Niamh runs pre-programme technical checks and onboarding sessions. Based in Sydney, she understands Australia's internet quirks better than anyone. If you're worried about your setup, she's the person to talk to before enrolment.
